SKETCH
The phrase "WILD TIMES" was selected as the basis for the design as it acts as a nod to the current ongoing global 'situation', and also as a springboard for some illustrations relating to nature, wild animals, and jungle sounds. One of the more positive aspects of lockdown life has been the re-emergence of nature in our local area; fewer cars, more birdsongs, insects, and clean air...This concept takes that further, with wild animals (and typography) appearing in the wheat fields of Hertfordshire, England.

The colours had to stand out from the green/natural background,
so a pink/red palette was used.

TEST FILMS
The original concept was to use a forest background.
FINAL FILMS
The open field background worked really nicely, as the undulating, swaying wheat provided an interesting texture and backdrop.
